Looking to explore fish but do not know where to start? California Halibut is a mild, firm white fish caught locally off the coast of California. Cooked, it is flaky and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed with a little salt, pepper, and a dash of garlic powder. Works well baked or grilled. Halibut is an excellent selection for the quintessential grilled Baja fish taco. Corn tortillas, cilantro, onion, and squeeze of lime! Do not forget the Cerveza!
