Black Sea Bass is one of our favorite choices! It’s super mild, but has a slightly higher fat content than Sea Bass Halibut. That little bit of extra fat gives this beautiful fish a little flavor and an awesome texture. It’s perfect for grilling, or roasting. Try it alongside roasted baby tomatoes and olives with a drizzle of good quality olive oil, flaky sea salt and a squeeze of lemon. Pair with a crisp Pino Grigio.
